Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/ replacement if the product is wrong or damaged when received. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavor to send you another. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for the return.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Return/Exchange does not apply to hygienic products such as Face Shields, Mask Holder, Safe Key and acrylic barrier/dividers.
Any item(s) or large product (s) purchased within seven days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications, will be replaced/rectified after it has been tested by our technical personnel as applicable. The process can take upto four (4) business days. Replacement/rectification will be done only after the investigation/technical report. Pick-up and delivery fees may apply.
We do not accept any returns after seven (7) days from the receipt of product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during delivery or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds will not be provided in any orders, service, delivery and installation. We do not provide credit or refunds. If you are not satisfied with the products purchased from our site, you can return it within seven (7) days from receipt of delivery.
- The warranty tendered hereunder, on the product(s) such as sanitizing booth will be provided exclusively but not limited to UAE for one (1) month from the date of this invoice, except otherwise mentioned as per warranty conditions mentioned on Sign Works invoice.
